We provide travel information and help customers understand train options and the steps for booking, changing or cancelling a reservation. Availability, fares, ticket issuance, changes and refunds are controlled by the applicable railway operator and its terms. We cannot guarantee availability, specific fares, changes, refunds or outcomes.
Railway fares, taxes and operator charges are separate from any fee for our optional assistance. Before you authorize a purchase, ask our team for an itemized total identifying the operator fare and any separate assistance fee, the service to be delivered, the applicable cancellation/refund terms and the identity of the party collecting payment. Do not authorize payment unless you have received and accepted this information. We do not publish a fixed assistance fee because it has not been confirmed for every requested service.
